Eligibility for Returns

Customers may initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of the product’s delivery date. To qualify for a return due to breakage or defect, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns reported outside of this window.

Customer Responsibility

• Shipping costs associated with returning the item
• Proper packaging to ensure the product arrives safely

Restocking Fee

Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items not due to damage or defect. This fee covers the handling, inspection, and reinventory process.

Final Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns that fall outside our stated policy or if the returned item arrives in a condition not consistent with the claim.
